Behavioral Health Clinician Youth

About This Role

Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to youth aged 0-5 in rural Tillamook County. Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and offer individual, family, and group services, collaborating with community partners to support clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete Behavioral Health Assessments for program referrals
• Diagnose behavioral health conditions (mental health and substance use)
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or group services based on assessment and diagnosis
• Provide case management services, outreach, and referral to community resources/supports
• Help clients utilize natural supports
• Complete all required agency documentation within the electronic medical record system
• Actively participate in joint case planning and coordination with other agency clinical staff members
• Meet routinely with Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Director to review client caseload and job expectations
• Attend all assigned trainings and agency meetings

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in related Behavioral Health discipline
• Ability to pursue and/or maintain licensure and addictions certification as required by TFCC
• Clinical experience within a community behavioral health agency setting
• Ability to obtain certification from Oregon Health Authority as a Certified Mental Health Investigator

• Previous Electronic Medical Records experience
• Experience or certification as CGAC
