Provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, focusing on teaching communication, daily living, and social skills based on individualized treatment plans. This role involves working closely with children and their families, collecting data, and collaborating with supervising BCBAs.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
- Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
- Support families through parent training and consistent communication
Requirements
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland, OH
- Active RBT Certification or RBT Training (40-hour course completed)
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
