Provide direct behavior support to children in an inpatient pediatric setting during overnight hours, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. This role focuses on hands-on care and implementing individualized plans.
Responsibilities
- Work with children to help them fulfill their goals and dreams
- Identify creative and innovative solutions to challenging situations faced by children
- Provide individualized care following established plans
- Assist in reducing maladaptive behavior
- Participate in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency is required
- Entry-level position, all necessary training provided
Nice to Have
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (for some positions)
