Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients, implementing treatment plans and collecting data, while collaborating with families to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or higher education)
- 2 years of experience delivering ABA services or equivalent education
