BCBA Board Certified Behavior Therapist

About This Role

Provide individualized behavior therapy services as a Board Certified Behavior Therapist (BCBA) at Boston Speech Therapy. Support clients by implementing effective behavioral interventions and collaborating with families to enhance children's development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services as per the developed plans, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments
• Provide guidance and support to families on implementing strategies and techniques in daily routines
• Document and analyze data relating to client behavior and treatment efficacy
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Prior experience providing behavior therapy in a clinical or educational setting
• In-depth understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience providing behavior therapy in a clinical or educational setting
