Provide individualized behavior therapy services as a Board Certified Behavior Therapist (BCBA) at Boston Speech Therapy. Support clients by implementing effective behavioral interventions and collaborating with families to enhance children's development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services as per the developed plans, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments
- Provide guidance and support to families on implementing strategies and techniques in daily routines
- Document and analyze data relating to client behavior and treatment efficacy
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Prior experience providing behavior therapy in a clinical or educational setting
- In-depth understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience providing behavior therapy in a clinical or educational setting
Certifications
BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
