About This Role

Serve as a guest experience liaison for the Miami Marlins, loanDepot park, and the World Baseball Classic to deliver exceptional service during baseball events, supporting various park operations and guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between the Miami Marlins, loanDepot park, World Baseball Classic and guests
  • Ensure Exceptional Service is delivered at all times during baseball games
  • Support ticketing, housekeeping, guest flow, and general park operations
  • Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting guests with inquiries
  • Exhibit a friendly, guest service–oriented attitude and professional appearance
  • Assist guests with locating seats and escort guests as needed
  • Support access control and ensure guests are in proper seating locations
  • Take ownership of resolving guest concerns throughout the stadium
  • Maintain knowledge of stadium operations and ticketing policies
  • Be knowledgeable of points of interest available for guest enjoyment
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members

Requirements

  • Availability to work a minimum of 80% of all scheduled World Baseball Classic events
  • Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice to Have

  • Hospitality or customer service experience
  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering world-class service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing situations
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish beneficial
