About This Role

This is a full-cycle closing role responsible for converting outbound-generated leads into qualified opportunities, running executive-level sales conversations, and closing mid-to-high-ticket deals. The role requires a commercially sharp seller who can turn cold outreach into revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects
  • Execute the full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
  • Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities
  • Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess deal viability
  • Lead objection handling and commercial negotiations
  • Deliver high-impact, ROI-focused product demonstrations
  • Send proposals, manage follow-ups, and secure signed agreements
  • Maintain a consistently healthy pipeline
  • Update CRM daily and manage sales administration (~1hr/day)
  • Provide structured end-of-day pipeline reporting
  • Partner with SDR and leadership teams to optimize outbound performance

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
  • Full-cycle sales experience
  • Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach)
  • Closed deals in the €10k–€120k range
  • Experience in consultative selling
  • Fluent English
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to uncover real problems and identify red flags early
  • Handles pressure well and reframes concerns effectively
  • Commercially strong; understands business models, ROI, and executive communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High resilience and rejection tolerance
  • Takes full ownership of pipeline and results
  • Money-motivated and driven to win
  • Problem-solver who figures things out independently
