This role will be the primary resource responsible for installing new Fortis payment processing accounts within the B2B vertical, focusing on Microsoft solutions. You will coordinate efforts with sales, end-user merchants, and external partners to ensure successful installations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage the installation of Fortis payment integration software into customers' ERP systems, ensuring timely completion within established SLAs
- Collaborate with the B2B Sales Team, end-user merchants, and external partners to document and complete successful installations
- Engage proactively with internal B2B stakeholders and external partners to resolve any installation obstacles
- Execute established process workflows, including task management, emails, chats, telephone, and callback requests to support successful installations and specialized B2B support
- Provide customer-facing technical support before, during, and after the installation process, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on ERP software and Fortis payment integration functionality
- Work with the internal sales team to schedule and conduct demos of Fortis payment functionalities for potential customers
- Create training and product documentation for both internal and external audiences
- Utilize available resources and collaborate with colleagues to address basic and complex questions and solve problems related to ERP software and Fortis payment integration
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a business-related environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years in a business-related environment, with experience in ERP software installations being a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in ERP software installations
- Proficiency with ERP platforms such as Sage 50, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage X3, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Finance & Operations
