Serve as a Lead Aviation Design Strategist, delving into customer experiences to understand needs and preferences through extensive research. Translate these insights into actionable strategies for clients and cross-functional teams, tackling complex problems with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Explore all aspects of a customer's experience, establishing a complete understanding of their needs and preferences
• Utilize market research, ethnographic research, and usability testing to gather customer insights
• Translate research into actionable user insights for clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to develop new principles and concepts
• Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions
• Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision
• Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with custom dashboarding
• Experience with aviation operations, including flight operations and air traffic control
• Experience with Streamlit
• Experience with low-code BI
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with React
• Experience with Quicksight
• Ability to work cross functionally with various product workstreams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
