Join Walt Massey Automotive Group to be the voice of their service department, building relationships and driving appointments as a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments
- Proactively reach out to current customers via phone, email, and text
- Follow up on service reminders, missed appointments, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Management to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment notes
- Attend weekly team meetings and complete ongoing training
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, upbeat phone presence
- Excellent follow-through and organization
- Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
- Positive, can-do attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Previous BDC or call center experience
