Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create trust for customers
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Be the vehicle expert by knowing the features of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to secure the sale and ask for referral business
• Learn to overcome objections/stalls and thrive in sales closing situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your 'A game' and positive attitude every day
• Achieve high Customer Satisfaction scores from Manufacturer surveys

• Fantastic communication skills with customers and teammates
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record
