This experienced-level Title Clerk position will directly assist clients with tag and title needs, process various types of title work, and perform basic office duties for an automotive dealership.
Responsibilities
- Process Wholesale title work
- Process Dealer Trade Title Work
- Process Retail Title Work
- Process out of state and exports
- Perform Tag Transfers
- Answer phones
- Perform filing tasks
- Perform scanning tasks
Requirements
- Prior automotive title clerk experience
- Some knowledge of automotive accounting (i.e. refund, write off, funding, F&I Notes)
- Knowledge of DMV Software such as CVR, DLRdmv, Reynolds & Reynolds, or TitleTec
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Customer service knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior automotive title clerk experience required.
