As a Sales Greeter at Audi Beverly Hills, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests, visitors and vendors warmly with the highest level of professionalism
- Direct customers to the correct department and make introductions as needed
- Check in guests for their sales department
- Answer phones as needed
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately
- Assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer
Requirements
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clean driving record
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
