About This Role

As a Sales Greeter at Audi Beverly Hills, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests, visitors and vendors warmly with the highest level of professionalism
• Direct customers to the correct department and make introductions as needed
• Check in guests for their sales department
• Answer phones as needed
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately
• Assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer

Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clean driving record

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
