Join Diamond Quality Collision as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician to perform complete body and structural repairs, damage assessments, and refinishing on a variety of vehicles. Utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform complete body and structural repairs on a variety of vehicles, including aluminum and steel
- Conduct vehicle tear-downs, damage assessments, and reassembly
- Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM or higher standards
- Follow manufacturer repair guidelines to ensure quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform other related duties to ensure effective and efficient repairs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in collision repair, body work, or refinishing
- Proficiency in aluminum, steel, and structural repair techniques
- Strong understanding of repair procedures and materials
- Ability & understanding operation of frame machines, welders, and refinishing tools safely
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
