Join Diamond Quality Collision as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician to perform complete body and structural repairs, damage assessments, and refinishing on a variety of vehicles. Utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete body and structural repairs on a variety of vehicles, including aluminum and steel
• Conduct vehicle tear-downs, damage assessments, and reassembly
• Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM or higher standards
• Follow manufacturer repair guidelines to ensure quality and safety
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to ensure efficient workflow
• Perform other related duties to ensure effective and efficient repairs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair, body work, or refinishing
• Proficiency in aluminum, steel, and structural repair techniques
• Strong understanding of repair procedures and materials
• Ability & understanding operation of frame machines, welders, and refinishing tools safely
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications
