Lead a team responsible for Cloud Platform Services, focusing on automation and leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and drive innovation within a cloud environment. This role involves technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and guiding developers and administrators.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Administer the Commonwealth’s Adobe Management Platform including Adobe Sign.
- Provide strong leadership to a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide technical expertise as SME with agency onboarding and questions about platform services, including implementation, and utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to optimize business processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of cloud specialists.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and cloud platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform systems with the support and assistance of our Service Partners.
- Identify areas and opportunities for improvement in existing services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role
- Adobe Management Platform experience including Adobe Sign
- Strong experience in RPA (UIPath, Automation anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
- Strong expertise in GitHub, Box, UI Path, Azure Cloud / Entra, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience with Entra Identity management
- Experience with Agile methodologies
