Join Specialized Auto Craft as an Auto Body Painter or Prepper to perform high-quality automotive refinishing following OEM standards, utilizing a modern waterborne system. This role involves prepping, color matching, and spraying vehicles to achieve factory-quality results, contributing to a team that prioritizes quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality automotive refinishing following OEM paint procedures and standards
• Prep, prime, color match, and spray vehicles to factory-quality results
• Operate and maintain paint booth and refinishing equipment
• Work closely with technicians and estimators to ensure seamless repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements

• Auto Body Painter with 1 to 3 years' experience or motivated prepper with paint experience
• Strong understanding of OEM paint systems, color matching, and modern refinishing techniques (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience as an Auto Body Painter or a motivated prepper with paint experience ready to grow

Nice to Have

• I-CAR or OEM paint certifications (or willingness to achieve)
