Attendant with Maintenance

About This Role

Guide vehicles onto the conveyor, assist guests with transactions, and maintain site cleanliness to enhance customer experience. Additionally, perform equipment maintenance duties, including preventive maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Guide cars onto the tunnel conveyor
• Lightly scrub the fronts and backs of vehicles
• Assist guests with transactions
• Ensure the car wash site is kept clean
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Safely load vehicles onto the car wash conveyor
• Clean the tunnel and equipment
• Complete online and in-person maintenance trainings
• Organize and clean the backroom of the car wash, including tools, workbench, spare parts, and chemical organization
• Perform all equipment Preventive Maintenance (greasing bearings, oil changes, belt replacements, filter cleanings)
• Ensure proper tension and smooth operation of the conveyor system
• Keep checklists and work orders on platforms like MaintainX up-to-date
• Complete minor repairs such as bearings, shocks, spindles, oil changes, solenoids, and valves
• Assist with larger repairs like wrap replacement and top brush repair

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
• Ability to work in changing environments
• Ability to stand for full shift
