Provide community-based assistance to at-risk youth and their families in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. This role involves developing personalized intervention plans and working closely with child welfare agencies.
Responsibilities
- Work with families to address challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships
- Regularly meet with youth and their families in their home or school settings to assess progress and provide support
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to address barriers such as school challenges, legal issues, family conflict, and substance abuse
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle as necessary
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Access to a vehicle
- Pass current, applicable clearances
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
- Ability to work nights and weekends
