About This Role

Join Mochi Health as an Associate Web Brand Designer to shape the company's digital presence by designing and building high-performance web experiences. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to create visually stunning and conversion-optimized websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, interactive websites and landing pages in Framer that drive engagement and conversions
• Ensure all web experiences align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards, collaborating with marketing and brand teams
• Create fast-loading, SEO-optimized pages that deliver exceptional user experiences across all devices and browsers
• Partner with marketers, product managers, and developers to translate campaign goals and product requirements into compelling web experiences
• Implement A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates and user engagement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing and building websites
• Significant proficiency in Framer
• Strong portfolio showcasing production websites built in Framer with interactive elements, animations, and responsive design
• Solid understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and conversion optimization
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma
• Ability to work from existing design systems
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and experience working on high-impact, user-facing products
