About This Role

This executive role supports the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering EVP by shaping and executing strategic goals. The Chief of Staff will drive operational excellence, lead cross-functional projects, and manage communications to ensure alignment and efficiency across Marvell’s engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the EVP in formulating and executing the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering strategy in line with Marvell’s corporate goals
  • Drive improvements in operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across engineering, product development, operations, finance, and sales to ensure alignment on engineering priorities and goals
  • Oversee and manage the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects
  • Serve as an advisor to the EVP, providing insights and guidance on key organizational decisions
  • Manage internal messaging with key stakeholders and act as a key interface with critical external stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to the EVP and senior leadership team on the performance of the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering organization
  • Lead efforts to introduce new processes, technologies, and tools to improve productivity and drive innovation
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering budget and support resource planning

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership or operational role, with a focus on program management, engineering operations, or business strategy within the semiconductor or technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving organizational efficiency and delivering on complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and work across departments
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, engineering processes, and business dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information for senior executives
  • Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to pivot quickly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership or operational role, with a focus on program management, engineering operations, or business strategy within the semiconductor or technology industry
