Guide clients in using Yardi's software solutions for financial, operational, compliance, and resident care needs within the senior living housing sector. This role involves providing technical support, setup assistance, and troubleshooting to ensure client success.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical software support, set-up, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with property management or real estate software, particularly Yardi
• Hands-on experience with technical support and application troubleshooting
