Associate Sorority Relations Manager

About This Role

This role will drive CERRET's brand presence within sororities nationwide by building relationships with chapter leadership, coordinating sponsorships, and scaling a sorority ambassador ecosystem. The focus is on women's safety and luxury lifestyle, positioning CERRET as a relevant accessory in sorority life.

Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and manage CERRET’s sorority partnerships across key campuses and cities
• Build and maintain relationships with chapter leadership to drive long-term partnerships
• Lead the rollout of CERRET’s sorority sponsorship program, including packages, event integrations, and deliverables
• Coordinate on-campus moments tied to sorority life, including chapter meetings, recruitment, philanthropy, sisterhood events, and formal activations
• Support the execution of ambassador initiatives within chapters
• Work closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure sorority content aligns with CERRET’s luxury + safety identity
• Create a system for chapter tracking: performance, engagement, and partner retention
• Identify culturally relevant sorority moments and convert them into high-impact brand opportunities
• Support “surprise & delight” experiences to build loyalty and word-of-mouth inside sorority networks
• Act as a point person for sorority creators and micro-influencers
• Provide real-time insights into sorority culture, trends, and what’s actually resonating on campus

Requirements

• Ability to build authentic relationships with sorority presidents, PR chairs, external relations chairs, and campus influencers
• Strong understanding of sorority culture, chapter hierarchy, and how sponsorships are approved
• Naturally organized and proactive — able to manage multiple chapters, timelines, and activation plans simultaneously
• Passionate about women’s safety, empowerment, and building a brand rooted in real impact
• Strong taste level — understands premium/luxury positioning and how to communicate it
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
• Confident communicator who can represent CERRET professionally in person and online
• Self-starter mindset: you execute, follow up, and close

Qualifications

• Ability to build authentic relationships with sorority leadership and campus influencers. Strong understanding of sorority culture, chapter hierarchy, and sponsorship approval processes. Naturally organized and proactive. Passionate about women’s safety and luxury brand positioning. Comfortable in fast-paced environments. Confident communicator. Self-starter mindset.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Greek life leadership or campus marketing
• Experience running sponsorships, partnerships, or influencer programs
• Content creation ability (TikTok / IG Reels) with a strong sense of aesthetic
• Comfort being on camera to represent CERRET in a premium but authentic tone
