This role involves implementing Sage Intacct software solutions for clients in the construction industry, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously in the construction vertical to successfully implement following prescriptive implementation methodology
- Execute all aspects of the implementation process including consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing, and migration
- Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct software, including advanced modules and latest features, especially Sage Intacct CRE functionality
- Configure and implement Sage Intacct software based on customer-specific business processes and industry best practices
- Maintain deep vertical knowledge of the construction industry's intricacies, terminology, and operational processes
- Utilize and develop less experienced implementation resources, providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring
- Conduct training for customer end-users relating system functionality to customer business operations
- Effectively document customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business management processes
- Respond to customer technical support issues related to the system implementation
- Understand, design, and build industry-specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards
- Mentor Associate Solution Architects and Solution Architects on processes, Sage Intacct modules, and customer/project management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or MIS (with general understanding of accounting terms)
- One (1)+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications and/or other SaaS solutions
- Vertical industry understanding in the construction space (operational or accounting involvement)
- Consulting experience end-to-end through the entire software delivery life cycle following a process-based methodology or experience as an end user who has gone through a software implementation or upgrade
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or MIS
- 1+ years’ experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications and/or other SaaS solutions
Nice to Have
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, etc.)
