Associate Sales Representative

About This Role

This entry-level sales position is responsible for acquiring and growing revenue through lead generation, cold-calling, and social media, while supporting team growth within the Inside Sales organization. The role prepares individuals for future Account Management or New Business roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospects and develop pipeline
• Close new sales
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue objectives
• Call on leads supplied by the Marketing Lead Generation team
• Complete internal education program including e-learning, SNAP training, and job shadowing
• Understand and articulate the value of LexisNexis Risk Management products, needs analysis, pricing, and competitive offerings
• Clearly demonstrate understanding of LexisNexis pricing, administrative procedures, and organization
• Work with mentor and manager to develop strategies for new business opportunities, account management, and sourcing/researching new prospects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• Work experience in a professional sales environment desirable
