This role involves running a full 360 recruitment desk within specialist deep-tech markets, focusing on developing client relationships and building a high-quality candidate network. The consultant will receive intensive in-person training to achieve autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Learn to develop and manage client relationships across semiconductors, AI, software, quantum, and photonics
- Build and maintain a high-quality network of specialist candidates across the US
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes with close, hands-on support
- Develop strong commercial, negotiation, and market-mapping skills
- Contribute directly to the growth of IC Resources’ US presence
Requirements
- Early-career experience in recruitment, sales, or a commercial environment, or a strong desire to move into it
- High work ethic and willingness to put in the time required to build a market
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Confidence communicating with senior engineers, founders, and executives
- Curiosity about advanced technology and complex industries
