Kutak Rock LLP is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join its real estate practice in Scottsdale, AZ. This role involves developing expertise in commercial real estate and finance transactions while working closely with partners and clients.
Responsibilities
- Draft loan and real estate financial documents
- Draft and negotiate leases and amendments
- Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements
- Review, draft and manage real estate-related due diligence
- Review and draft leasing and purchase/sale documentation
- Conduct real estate closings
Requirements
- Currently admitted to practice in Arizona with an active bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate finance and/or commercial real estate transactions
- Knowledge of state and federal real estate laws
- Proficiency in real estate finance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
