The Associate Project Designer will develop strategic project plans, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders for clean energy transition projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop project strategy plans based on logical frameworks through design processes like Summaries and Layouts
- Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications with Sales Directors and other Design Team members
- Create and manage documentation and reports for projects within our shared Drive
- Identify the goals and requirements of each project through communication with Sales Directors and analyze various federal and local data collection outfits to gain necessary project information
- Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
- Maintain current knowledge on product manufacturer’s requirements applicable to each project
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to research and report in great detail and with clarity
- Exceptional time management skills, self awareness, and flexibility
- Comfortable with working independently
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Nice to Have
