Associate Member Relationship Specialist (Part-Time Teller 1)

About This Role

This role is for an Associate Member Relationship Specialist (Teller 1) who will provide exceptional face-to-face member service in branch locations. The specialist will handle routine transactions, assist with inquiries, and actively promote credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional face-to-face member service using Service Standards
• Actively participate in meeting department and Credit Union goals
• Assist members with routine transactions and service requests (identifying individuals, negotiating checks, receiving deposits, card services)
• Assist with member research and problem resolution
• Accurately complete member service requests, focusing on data accuracy, policies, cash management, balancing, and branch safety/security
• Promote credit union products and services and refer members to partners as appropriate
• Learn quickly and efficiently, showing assertiveness in personal development
• Successfully complete all learning events and academies on schedule
• Develop a thorough knowledge of credit union products, services, rates, and partnerships
• Maintain a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and OFAC regulations
