Associate Manager, Field Work, International Countries

About This Role

This role manages International Scripture Blitzes (ISBs), coordinates National Conferences, and supports the annual International Convention for International Countries Division. It serves as a principal liaison for field staff and ensures adherence to organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the International Scripture Blitz (ISB) program, including planning and execution of 20 ISBs annually
• Coordinate with Regional Directors to schedule ISBs and build participant teams
• Manage logistics and communication with ISB team members, country leadership, and travel agencies
• Ensure Scriptures are in place for each ISB and communicate details internally
• Oversee preparation and updating of participant training materials for ISBs
• Maximize use, scheduling, implementation, and tracking of in-country scripture blitzes
• Exercise functional responsibility for National Conferences in International Countries, ensuring accuracy of content and adherence to standards
• Identify and select International Representatives for National Conferences and manage speaker materials
• Direct preparations for Faith Fund rallies, including speaker assignments and support
• Serve as liaison for the Auxiliary Education and Training group and Auxiliary Coordinators in international countries
• Manage assignment recommendations for the International Countries Committee (ICC) and oversee updates to National Leadership Teams
• Organize, oversee, and support training for National Directors and Field Representatives
• Serve as a project coordinator for ad hoc projects for the ICC
• Serve as liaison for Crisis Consulting International and carry out domestic and international field assignments
• Participate in ICD team meetings and daily morning staff devotions

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Mature Christian character, loving Jesus Christ and living as His disciple
• Member in good standing of The Gideons International
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels and functions within a global matrix
• Excellent analytical skills, highly articulate with clear speaking and writing skills
