This role is responsible for the precise placement, monitoring, and optimization of digital media orders to ensure flawless execution of client advertising programs. This involves providing high-level service in media planning, placement, and reporting, all while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate building, launching and maintaining digital campaigns across digital channels for assigned accounts
- Execute ongoing media activation and maintenance tasks, including account pacing, keyword analysis, optimization, forecasting
- Utilize strong analytical skills to extract insights from campaign data and provide data-driven recommendations
- Assist in the development of media strategy and recommendations, and contribute to client presentations
- Ensure flawless execution of assigned media buys by deploying best practices in digital operations and quality assurance
- Support the pacing, optimization, and management of campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance through regular delivery reporting and troubleshoot issues
- Facilitate the analysis and interpretation of data trends to develop improvement solutions
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to enhance operational efficiency, tools, systems, and workflows
- Represent Rise to vendor representatives to analyze the value and applicability of media vehicles/tactics
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- High comfort level participating in brainstorms and ideation sessions
- Ability to work with a team to think tactically and execute accurately
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or business)
- 0-2 years relevant work experience in digital media planning, buying or execution preferred; agency experience a plus
Nice to Have
- Agency experience
- Foundational / practical experience with Excel
- Working knowledge of media platform management tools
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, The Trade Desk and Facebook Business Manager
- Working knowledge of the importance and role of programmatic, paid social and paid search within a media plan
