Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care
• Conduct extractions and root canals
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions
• Develop tailored treatment plans for each patient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term care
• Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Valid Indiana dental license
• Proficiency with Dental Practice Management Software
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities

Qualifications
