About This Role

This role involves training and development for early-career insurance professionals, focusing on Medicare enrollment. The Associate Client Executive will develop sales and servicing skills, understand the insurance marketplace, and educate clients on Medicare options.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and adopt Hylant sales tools and processes
  • Develop and enhance understanding of Hylant’s servicing tools and processes
  • Develop and enhance knowledge of the insurance marketplace, products, and services
  • Present products and programs to current group clients to educate them on Medicare Advantage, Medicare supplements, prescription drug plans, and specialty products
  • Educate current clients on available healthcare options
  • Develop the ability to present professionally in all elements of client facing, including technical writing and verbal presentations
  • Support senior staff in the solicitation and servicing of clients and prospects throughout the full insurance brokerage deal flow process
  • Develop the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with external client contacts and internal Hylant stakeholders
  • Participate in social and professional networking, charitable events, or other organizations and events that advance the Hylant brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of Medicare experience
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty or Life & Health License within 60 days
  • Willingness to become AHIP certified
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Access to reliable transportation for business travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • One to Three Years of Medicare experience required

  • Prior experience in a Sales role
