Support the full deal lifecycle as an Associate Broker, collaborating with seasoned Casualty producers on new business and renewal opportunities. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI technology, developing agency marketing skills, and growing into a fully-fledged production role within a set timeline.

Responsibilities

• Support the full deal lifecycle with seasoned Casualty producers across new business and renewal opportunities
• Utilize and contribute to the development of cutting edge AI technology in wholesale insurance
• Collaborate with producers to grow and activate new agency customer relationships
• Work towards becoming a fully-fledged producer on a set timeline with a customized development plan
• Manage a heavy pipeline and turn around quotes with speed and quality
• Deliver polished work with a detail-oriented mindset
• Be resourceful under pressure and find creative ways to get deals done
• Travel to visit agents, attend events, or support new business opportunities

Requirements

• 1-2 years of insurance industry experience
• Understanding of surplus lines brokering pace and nuance
• Proper licensing for lines of business managed (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Consultative approach and relationship-first attitude to sales and service
• Ability to manage a heavy pipeline and turn around quotes quickly
• Tech-forward nature and adoption of new technology
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to deliver polished work
• Resourcefulness and creativity in getting deals done
• Comfortable with travel

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of insurance industry experience
