Supervise and coordinate the activities of resident services staff to provide excellent care and service to residents in an assisted living setting, ensuring dignity, respect, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Treat all residents with dignity and respect
- Provide excellent care and service to residents according to their individual care plans
- Supervise all resident services staff in daily care and service delivery
- Protect residents from accidents and injuries
- Be responsible for the safety of residents in case of emergency
- Complete resident assessments and individual care/service plans as required
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and families regarding resident condition
- Complete required paperwork for resident/staff/guest incidents and notify appropriate individuals
- Perform staff performance reviews, coaching, and counseling as needed
- Assist residents with life enrichment events, meals, and maintaining independence
- Observe residents for any change in condition (physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral)
- Comply with and enforce all Resident Rights and infection control protocols
Nice to Have
- LPN or EMT licensure
