About This Role

Coach the Girls JV Lacrosse team at Windsor High School, fostering skill development, sportsmanship, and character building among student-athletes while upholding the highest ideals of the sport.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the welfare and conduct of team members from reporting to practice/game until leaving school
Exemplify the highest ideals of good sportsmanship and offer respect and empathy to each athlete
Serve as a model in the education of student-athletes, prioritizing character building over winning
Show respect and give support to contest officials and avoid inciting players or spectators against them

Requirements

Possess and maintain proper Connecticut Certification
Strong background in girls' lacrosse

Certifications

Proper Connecticut Certification (Required)
