Assistant Sales Manager

About This Role

This role is responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by leading and training a team of Beauty Consultants, while ensuring salon cleanliness, cash handling, and administrative tasks are completed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hire and train a team of Beauty Consultants
• Provide ongoing team training
• Conduct customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensure all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, opening/closing business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Leadership/Management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
