Assistant Manager - Sales

About This Role

This role involves driving sales growth, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining an inviting store environment for Rent-A-Center. You will help customers access high-quality goods that enhance their lives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers
• Provide friendly and top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores and customers' homes
• Perform safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products during deliveries and pickups
• Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for both customers and fellow coworkers

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills
