This role involves assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily operations of all dining outlets, events, and banquet services, ensuring exceptional service, staff development, and member satisfaction for a private country club.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of all dining outlets, events, and banquet services
- Ensure a high level of service and member satisfaction
- Provide staff training and hands-on coaching
- Work with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage scheduling and front-of-house staff
- Handle member requests and inquiries
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Plan and execute club events, private events, and exceptional dining experiences
