About This Role

This role provides strategic and visionary leadership for all family services programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing innovation within the Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Department of Social Services. The Assistant Director will help strengthen families, protect vulnerable children and adults, and deliver high-quality services to the community.

Responsibilities
