This role involves managing the strategic direction and execution of the Customer Experience division, coaching Business Unit Managers, and driving customer-centric product/service development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall strategic direction and execution of the CX division
- Provide coaching for Business Unit Managers
- Direct the planning and development of the 3-5 year vision for CX
- Develop, manage, and maintain budgets for staffing and divisional expenses
- Capture customer feedback to inform corporate decisions and develop action plans
- Assist the Division Manager in carrying out the vision, operations, and leadership of the CX Division
- Manage succession planning for leadership, providing guidance and coaching
- Collaborate with executives and division partners to fulfill corporate objectives
- Assist with corporate strategic plans (KST), long-term, and short-term goals
- Develop, cultivate, mentor, and evaluate Business Unit Managers and direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to motivate Business Unit Managers, Supervisors and direct reports
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Able to execute effectively, build strong teams, and lead change with courage

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in field(s) applicable to Division/Business Unit
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams, or a Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field.
Nice to Have
- Internal leadership development programs completed or relevant leadership education
- 3+ years' experience and knowledge as a Supervisor in applicable field
