This role supports the overall management of an early learning center, focusing on child development planning and implementing evidence-based practices for teachers and assistants. The Assistant Center Director will model best practices and positively influence staff and children.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for overall management of the center site
- Focus on child developmental planning
- Train and evaluate evidence-based appropriate practices used by Lead Teachers and Early Learning Assistants
- Foster an environment rich in giving and receiving feedback in a direct and honest way
- Model evidence-based best practice methods, including positive behavior management techniques
- Provide feedback on teacher lesson plans
- Manage daily staff schedule
