- Recruit, train, and retain top talent across your market
- Communicate effectively with team members and business partners at all levels
- Set high standards and model integrity, energy, and a passion for people
Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management
- A genuine desire to create a great place to work for your teams and an excellent experience for your guests
- A proven ability to inspire, lead, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to travel between locations
- Must be at least 18 years old
Qualifications
