Responsibilities
- Utilize skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Diagnose plumbing issues and offer cost estimates to finalize transactions
- Make necessary repairs for the customer
- Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smartphone
- Collect payment and move on to the next service call
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
