About This Role

Serve as a final checkpoint for client insurance applications, ensuring every form is complete and accurate before submission. This role demands precision and accountability to help clients secure timely coverage.

Responsibilities

• Review submitted insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
• Flag errors or missing information and follow up with relevant teams
• Take incoming phone calls and process credit card payments from current policyholders
• Maintain high levels of consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Collaborate with teammates and support a quality-first culture

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
• Excellent written communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and autonomous work
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
