The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks, and respond to work orders and resident service requests. This role supports apartment turnovers and participates in an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Perform snow removal when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
