Anytime Fitness Personal Trainer

About This Role

As a Personal Trainer, you will transform lives by coaching and mentoring members in both one-on-one and group settings, designing personalized fitness programs to help them achieve their goals. You will assess fitness levels, educate on proper techniques, and track progress, fostering a supportive community environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and energize one-on-one and group training sessions with high energy
• Assess clients' fitness levels, goals, and health history to create tailored programs
• Educate and inspire proper exercise techniques for safe and effective workouts
• Monitor client performance, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate achievements
• Build strong relationships with members, offering ongoing support and motivation

Requirements

• Certified personal trainer (or in process of obtaining)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for helping others succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles

Qualifications

• Experience in personal training or group fitness coaching (preferred)
