Analyst, Product Insights

About This Role

This role involves analyzing first- and third-party data to generate actionable reports and insights, directly influencing product decisions and commercial performance within a rapidly growing veterinary services business. The Analyst will evaluate feature performance, identify user behavior trends, and recommend optimizations to elevate engagement and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze first- and third-party data to create accurate, insightful reports for home office and leadership teams
• Provide thoughtful observations, recommendations, and next-step suggestions aligned with product strategies and organizational goals
• Manage ad hoc analysis requests with speed and precision to answer key business questions and support real-time decision-making
• Present data-driven insights clearly and concisely to leadership, focusing on impact and outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial excellence and home office teams to align reporting and analytics with team needs and company roadmaps
• Maintain a strong commitment to consistency and accuracy, with rigorous quality checks and attention to detail in all deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Information Science
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in tech, healthcare, or retail
• Self-starter attitude with strong analytical skills
• Outstanding documented skills in Excel
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Information Science
• 1-3 years of similar work experience, preferably in tech, healthcare, or retail
