All-Source Analyst

About This Role

This Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst role provides actionable intelligence and supports military operations within the CENTCOM AOR. The position involves analyzing multi-source intelligence, producing reports, and collaborating with partners to safeguard national defense and intelligence missions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic teams and manage all-source intelligence projects for USCENTCOM JIOC
• Produce strategic-level intelligence assessments for senior leadership and coalition partners
• Provide guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior analysts
• Oversee ISR synchronization, collection management, and targeting support
• Advise leadership on regional threats, political-military developments, and operational implications
• Coordinate across interagency, joint, and coalition partners
• Lead deployments and exercises, ensuring mission success under high-pressure environments

Requirements

• U.S. citizen
• TS/SCI clearance
• SSBI
• Favorable CI polygraph
• 8+ years of intelligence experience, including leadership or team management
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills
• Knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, OSINT)
• Willingness and ability to deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of intelligence experience, including leadership or team management.

• Familiarity with intelligence systems, databases, and analytic tools

• Regional expertise in CENTCOM AOR political, military, economic, and cultural dynamics
