About This Role

This role is a hands-on operations position focusing on systems and automation. You will help build the operational backbone of high-impact programs, supporting and scaling multiple initiatives like startups, nonprofits, student organizations, and creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process applications across various programs in Airtable
  • Research website legitimacy, validate eligibility, and update records based on defined criteria
  • Context-switch between multiple programs and workflows while maintaining accuracy and speed
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Airtable automations, Notion, Zapier, and other no-code/low-code tools
  • Create bespoke lead capture forms, integrations, and automations for creator partnerships and new program launches
  • Identify manual processes and propose scalable, automated solutions
  • Proactively identify gaps in documentation and create/update SOPs, process docs, and internal workflows
  • Partner with the Operations Lead to understand pain points and co-design better operational systems
  • Handle light Zendesk ticket management and CX escalations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders via Slack and documentation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations experience with heavy tool usage (Airtable, Zendesk, CRM platforms, or similar)
  • Strong Airtable proficiency (fields, records, views, automations, relationships)
  • Proven experience building or maintaining automated workflows or integrations
  • Data management experience cleaning, organizing, and maintaining databases
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and documentation
  • Comfortable juggling multiple programs and priorities
  • Clear written communication for Slack, documentation, and collaboration
  • Self-starter who identifies undocumented processes and fills gaps proactively
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work PST hours and attend regular video meetings

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of operations experience with heavy tool usage

Nice to Have

  • Prior Notion experience
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or data manipulation
  • Experience in startup ecosystems, accelerator programs, or nonprofit operations
  • Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for ops, documentation, or analysis
  • CRM management or partner/lead-generation workflow experience
