Provide intermediate skilled administrative support and customer assistance at the airport, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and airport staff
- Monitor and maintain air to ground radio communications
- Maintain the cash drawer
- Prepare and maintain fuel invoices, records and files
- Greet customers and ensure their comfort
- Provide assistance for passenger and pilot needs (ground transportation, catering, hotel reservations)
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Receive and process customer orders and payment transactions
- Count and balance cash drawer, prepare daily operation and cash reports
- Monitor aviation tracking software and security cameras and access gates
- Receive, process, and enter a variety of information into computer system
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Moderate customer service experience
- Moderate retail sales experience
- Possession of an appropriate driver’s license valid in the State of North Carolina
- General knowledge of standard office procedures, practices, and equipment
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Ability to follow work procedures
- Ability to post accounts and to perform mathematical computations with speed and accuracy
- Skill in the use of a variety of office machines
- Typing ability
Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Moderate customer service and retail sales experience
